The official SI measurement of racism verified by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The Rounsaville Scale replaced the outdated Connolly Comparison.

A typical measurement is between 0 and Rounsaville. The statistical average for a sober person is 0.1 Rounsavilles or 0.1 Rouns. After a few 40s, a Rounsaville rating can raise to 0.8 Rouns. Any subject with a Rounsaville value that exceeds a whole Rounsaville (>1.0 Rouns) are considered to be in the state of SuperRacist or having the properties of a superhero who is also a racist.

The Ethanol Postulate

The Ethanol Postulate states a person's Rounsaville rating is directly proportional to their blood alcohol level.

R = A * k

Where k is co-efficient of how much white guilt you have.
